Nearly each week at the Vandiver, most often on Tuesday nights, we open our doors for BiteNite! On BiteNite we offer a constantly-changing shared plates menu, highlighting international and unique cuisines and libations. Oh, yeah, you read that right--BiteNite Menus change weekly. We are proud to design and offer such a fun and unique dining experience--one where you can almost guarantee that at some point we will feature something you have never had before--and it just might become your new favorite.  

At a minimum, you can expect us to offer:

-A Board: Breads & homemade dips/spreads featuring the evening's selected culinary theme.

-A Handheld: A hearty handheld item featuring the night's theme (Gyro, an Empanada, Sliders, Paninis, Hoagies, Skewers, Hand Pies... etc.)

-A Bowl: Something like quick-fire pasta, fresh prepared stews,  hearty soups, chili, etc. 

-A Dessert: End your evening with something sweet and homemade. 


You will be able to choose ANY OR ALL of the featured small plates we have available (or get seconds...or thirds of your favorites). Whether you share your choices with friends, or keep them all to yourself is up to you! Order at your own pace in whichever order you'd like--starting with dessert is fine by us. 

In addition to our food--designed and prepared by the Best Chef in Harford County--we have a cash bar available, with high quality selections, and often with a signature drink or two that pairs with the "bites" of the evening.  ​

***Walk-ins will be accommodated when/if possible, but reservations are highly recommended to ensure your spot. There is no charge for making a reservation. ***

Seating (Important):

We'll offer OPEN seating in the Mansion, Gardens and The Pavilion.  Tables are often shared, fun and open (based on how we think the world should be).  So if you see a seat is open, take it.... and get ready to make some new friends.
