Handhelds:

Served with Green Salad with Champagne Dijon Vinaigrette  $15

Pan Bagnat:  Olive OIl Poached Tuna, Boiled Egg, Olives, Plum Tomato, Roasted Red Pepper, Pickled Shallot, Lemon Honey Aioli on Crusty Demi Baguette

Or

Veg:  Grilled Mushroom, Boiled Egg,Olives, Plum Tomato, Roasted Red Pepper, Pickled Shallot, Lemon Honey Aioli on a Crusty Demi Baguette - $14

"Globally Local Dining"

Nearly each week at the Vandiver, most often on Tuesday nights, we open our doors for BiteNite  - a constantly-changing menu, highlighting international and unique cuisines and libations. Oh, yeah, you read that right--BiteNite Menus change weekly. 

 

Most menus feature:

A Board:

Breads & homemade dips/spreads featuring the evening's selected culinary theme.

 

A Handheld: 

A hearty handheld item featuring the night's theme (Gyro, an Empanada, Sliders, Paninis, Hoagies, Skewers, Hand Pies... etc.)

 

A Bowl

Something like quick-fire pasta, fresh prepared stews,  hearty soups, chili, etc. 

-A Dessert: End your evening with something sweet and homemade. 

And Dessert!

 

You will be able to choose ANY OR ALL of the featured plates.. Most items are highly sharable.  Share your choices with friends, or keep them all to yourself - it's is up to you! Order at your own pace in whichever order you'd like--starting with dessert is fine by us.

SERIOUSLSY FUN CASH BAR IS ALWAYS AVAILABLE!

To complement the food from Vandiver's Award-Winning Chefs we offer a wonderful cash bar that usually features signature drink(s) celebrating the nights cuisine that pairs with the "bites" of the evening.  ​​

IMPORTANT STUFF: 

Walk-ins will be accommodated when/if possible, but reservations are highly recommended to ensure your spot. There is no charge for making a reservation

Menus are subject to change without notice. 'nuff said

Seating

Seating is Communal and usually assigned... so Get ready to make some friends!   

 

We're GREAT for Groups:  You will be able to tell us who you'd like to sit with when you make your reservation.  AND - We will split the bill based on how your group would like to be charged (by guest, couple, or entire group) - no awkward "who had the Chardonnay" conversations!
