Please join us for a very special evening celebrating Women Owned and/or Operated Wineries.  This year we feature the wines of  Jamie Benziger who took the reins as Head Winemaker for her family's Benziger Winery and their sister winery Imagery in 2018.   We will have representatives on hand to speak about the wines and answer questions!

 

Vandiver's Award-Winning Chef and Owner, Susan Muldoon, along with Chef Ken Marcotte, has created a truly wonderful pairing menu to highlight each of these very special wines. 

  

Menu

First:  Imagery Sauvignon Blanc

Seared Day Boat Scallop, Cucumber Pineapple Gazpacho, Toasted Hazelnut Gremolata, Aleppo Pepper EVO (GF, Pesce)

 

Second:  Running Wild Chardonnay  

Flame Grilled Calamari, Forbidden (Black) Rice Risotto Cake, Pear Brown Butter Sauce, Pearl arugula Tossed in Citrus Gastrique (GF, Pesce)

 

Third: Benziger Cabernet (Paso Robles)

Hibiscus Dusted Duck Breast, Spiced Fondant Carrots, Pomegranate Demi, Toasted Coconut (GF)

 

Fourth: Pinot Noir

Chocolate Gâteau Magique, Roasted Strawberries, Espresso reduction, Blood Orange Gelato, Crystalized Walnuts   (GF, Veggie)
