The Chefs and Owners of the Award-Winning Vineyard Wine Bar and the Vandiver Inn have teamed up to create a wonderful night featuring Beef, Bourbon & BORDEAUX.

The night's festivities are a fundraiser for the SCARS Foundation; SCARS was established by Sully Erna and Godsmack, after losing an overwhelming number of artists and friends. The SCARS Foundation supports and raises monies to help save lives with unique programs, while also supporting mental health education and like-minded organizations. 

 

SCARS works tirelessly to help bring change to the perspectives relating to mental health, and the many issues that cause such profound pain.

Honey Roasted Carrot Puree, Carrot Chiffon, Gorgonzola Mascarpone SemiFreddo, Bruleed Pears, Micro Basil
