This year, at the suggestion of some our favorite friends (The Hoppes) we decided to take a walk through Scotland and celebrate some of its amazing terrains. We hope you enjoy this dinner as much as it was finding some wonderful Scotches and terrific foods that celebrated each terroir's amazing uniqueness.
