Congratulations Chef Susan Muldoon on yet another People's Choice Award at Farm to Chef 2019!
For the second year in a row, Vandiver's Chef and Owner Susan Muldoon has won the People's Choice Award at the prestigious Farm to Chef Competition benefiting Taste Wise Kids.
The competition highlights 30 of Baltimore's best chefs, pairing them with local farms. Chef Susan's featured ingredient was farm fresh eggs from Mary's Land Farm.
The dish was a Truffled Egg Salad topped with Candied Pecans and a Homemade Harissa Served on a house-made New England Bun. Folks also enjoyed a selection of other toppings including house-pickled red peppers and scallions.
A crowd favorite so popular that she's decided to add it to the all of Vandiver's standard menus. We hope you get a chance to enjoy this wonderful dish.
