The Vandiver Mansion (also called our "Front of House") was built in 1886 by Murray Vandiver as a wedding gift to his Wife Anna. The Mansion event space consists of , the Parlor, The Main Dining& the Front Porch
The Pavilion The Pavilions was specially designed to mirror the grandeur of the mansion. A year-round structure that offers all of the beauty of an outdoor setting and none of the worries.
The Gazebo Our Gazebo is located between the Kent and Murphy Guest Houses and is a rustic and comfortable home for your ceremony Spring thru Fall. If your prefer, or mother nature isn't cooperating, you can also get married in our Pavilion. Guests then join us in the Mansion while re-set for the Reception. Pavilion and Gazebo Ceremonies are the same price.
The Grounds Manicured lawns, potted plants, flowers, brick pathways, and hundred-year old porches highlight your day and guide you through the property.
Front & Back	By far, the most popular choice for our Brides & Grooms. Start your event with an elegant cocktail hour in the Front of House and then adjourn to the Pavilion for the remainder of your event.
