The Vandiver Pavilion was specially designed to mirror the grandeur of the mansion.  However, it is a modern structure with over 1,900 sq. ft. of brick paver floor space, permanent roof, electric, lighting and ceiling fans.

Custom sides drop-down at a moment’s notice to keep weather out and comfort in year-round. Heating is included with your event. 

On warmer days, we'll pull the sides up, and let the Pavilion fans move the breeze from the Susquehanna River and the Cheseapeake bay, just a few block away.

The space can accommodate seating up to 160 people for buffet and sit-down. Less for “stations" menus – see "Amaazing Food" for details). 

The Pavilion can be used for both ceremonies and receptions.
