Each square represents apx. 1 square ft.  The Vandiver provides multiple rooms for meetings, break-outs, dining and a variety of other activities.  Above is a sample floor plan showing Dining #1 set-up for 20 people.  Additional space is available for this particular group in Dining 2, the Parlor and the Front Porch.  Other rooms pictured are primarily used for guest rooms, but can be converted for additional break-out/meeting space.

Vandiver's meeting space can be easily configured to to focus your group's attention and energy the best way you see fit.  "U" shaped seating, "Seminar" (with thin writing tables), "RoundTable", and "Class Room" configurations as well as other lay-outs are all available to accommodate your meeting's special needs.

Groups enjoy starting their day with Vandiver's full gourmet breakfast, served in the buffet, then quickly starting their meeting in Dining 1, later forming smaller break-out groups in the nearby Parlor, the Front Porch and Dining 2.

Later on in the evening, perhaps after a cocktail reception or a Gourmet Dinner prepared by Susan, guests enjoy lounging on the Porch or watching movies or catching a game in the Parlor.   Exclusive use of the Mansion can be made available if your group occupies the majority of the Mansion's Guest Rooms, allowing you to brainstorm, socialize or just plain relax without interruption.
